“Ever since graduating from the Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts, one of my dreams was to follow in
Van Gogh’s footsteps. I wanted to feel the life he lived. Years later, as a photographer, I journeyed to where Van Gogh
lived in southern France, to try and capture the essence of his travels, the sunflowers and the endless fields at sunset.
This photo was taken with the 16-35mm f/2.8 G Master, one of my favourite lenses. The focal length is perfect for my
landscapes and it offers superior sharpness with fast focus and minimal distortion.”
