“The sand martin is a small bird with fast, erratic movements. I’ve never been able to follow this bird in flight with other
600mm lenses, so I was impressed with the fast tracking ability of the Sony ILCE-9 and 600mm f/4 G Master lens
combination. Even with the birds flying in front of a high contrast background and into the shadows, or even leaving
the frame for a split second, the AF was fast tracking and the sharpness in the images was surprisingly good.”
