The Solar Corona
“This corona was captured during a total solar eclipse on the Pacific coast of Chile. The subtle streaks of light around
the lunar disk are actually hot plasma forming along the magnetic field lines of this star. This fleeting view, lasting only
about two and a half minutes, required nearly two years of anticipation and several thousand kilometres of travel.”
