Ice Age
“It is astonishing how muskoxen manage to find enough food in this frozen world. They scrape away the snow with their
feet in search of tiny patches of dead grass, and they don’t just manage to survive on this, but they also manage to keep
warm with temperatures around -40 °C and less. The 400mm f/2.8 G Master lens beautifully separates the muskox from
its surroundings, and captures the frost on it in such detail that the image looks as if it was taken in the ice age.”
